Swap the Pimms for our Wimbledon-inspired Strawberries & Cream cocktail!
Wimbledon spirit is in the air. And with the Championship finals taking place this weekend, what better way to make the most of the season than to celebrate with a cocktail fit for Centre Court.
As we all know, strawberries and Wimbledon go hand in hand. But we want you to forget everything you know about strawberries and cream in the traditional sense.
Here at Bullards, we’ve created a cocktail that will get you truly involved in the spirit of the game.
Ingredients
- 50ml Strawberry & Black Pepper gin
- 30ml white crème de cacao
- 15ml single cream
- Strawberries to garnish
Method
Add the gin, white crème de cacao and single cream to a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled. Strain into a Martini glass and garnish with a strawberry. Chin chin!
A grown-up’s pink gin, there’s plenty of fun to be had when it comes to our Strawberry & Black Pepper gin.
This particular cocktail is the perfect Wimbledon accompaniment. A delicate sweetness is contrasted by warming black pepper and juniper spice. Blended with all the flavours you can expect from strawberries and cream, you couldn’t ask for more!
