Coastal Cocktails

Be transported to the Norfolk coastline with these delicious cocktails which showcase the delicate coastal flavours in our unique gin.

St. Clements

  • 50ml Bullards Coastal Gin⁠
  • 30ml Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice⁠
  • 10ml Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice⁠
  • Indian Tonic Water⁠
  • Lemon and Mint to Garnish⁠

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the gin, orange, and lemon juice. Shake well.⁠

In a tall glass, add ice and half the tonic water.

Strain the mix into the glass and top up with the rest of the tonic.⁠

Garnish with a twist of lemon and a sprig of mint and enjoy!

Salty Dog

  • 50ml Coastal Gin
  • 100ml Fresh Grapefruit Juice
  • Coarse Salt
  • Lemon or Lime Wedge to Garnish

Rim a double rocks glass with salt: Rub a lemon or lime wedge around the rim, then roll it in a shallow dish of coarse salt.

Fill a rocks glass or tumbler with crushed ice and add the gin and juice. Stir well to combine.

Garnish with a lemon or lime wedge if desired.

Coastal Margatini

  • 50ml Coastal Gin
  • 25ml Orange Liquer
  • 25ml Fresh Lime Juice
  • 10ml Honey or Sugar

Shake with ice and serve in a salt rimmed glass.

Foraged Bramble

  • 50ml Coastal Gin
  • 25ml Sugar syrup
  • 25ml Fresh Lemon Juice
  • Soda
  • Handful of Blackberries

In a cocktail shaker, muddle the blackberries with sugar syrup.

Add the remaining ingredients and shake with ice until chilled.

Coastal Martini

  • 50ml Coastal Gin
  • 15ml Dry Vermouth
  • A dash of Olive Brine

Combine the gin, dry vermouth, brine, and a little ice together in a cocktail shaker.

Strain into a chilled martini glass.

Serve with an olive on a cocktail stick or a twist of lemon peel.

Coastal Refresher

  • 50ml Coastal Gin
  • 25ml Lemon Juice
  • 25ml Sugar Syrup
  • Soda Water
  • Basil Leaves
  • Lemon Slices

Place 3-4 basil leaves in a glass, add lemon juice then fill the glass halfway with ice.

Add lemon slices, sugar syrup and Coastal Gin.

Stir before adding more ice and topping with soda.

Garnish with a lemon slice and basil leaf.

Forest Sprite

  • 50ml Bullards Coastal Gin
  • 50ml Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 50ml Pine Syrup*
  • Soda Water
  • 3 Dashes Orange Bitters
  • Lemon Twist
  • Pine Sprig

Add all ingredients except the soda water into a mixing glass with ice and stir well until chilled.

Strain into a Collins glass over ice.

Top with the bubbly soda water and a few dashes of bitters.

Garnish with a fresh lemon twist and pine sprig.

*Pine syrup: In a medium pot, add 1/4 cup roughly chopped spruce tips to 1 cup boiling water and 1 cup granulated sugar. Stir until sugar dissolves, remove heat, cool and strain.

Spooky Sunrise

  • 50ml Coastal Gin
  • 25ml Grenadine
  • Orange Juice
  • Orange Peel to Garnish

In a tall glass, pour the grenadine into the base and set aside.

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the gin and orange juice.

Shake until chilled.

Add some ice to the glass then carefully pour the the rest of the mix into it, trying not to disturb the grenadine layer too much.

Add more ice if needed and add a twist of orange peel or two to garnish.

French Harvest (75)

  • 50ml Coastal Gin
  • 25ml Sugar Syrup
  • 25ml Fresh Lemon Juice
  • Dry Sparkling Cider
  • Lemon Peel

Add all ingredients, except the cider into a cocktail shaker, add ice and shake vigorously until cold.

Strain into a Champagne flute.

Top with sparkling cider and garnish with lemon peel.
